What we collect

Information you give us when you fill out a form on this website or on Facebook or Instagram: your first and last name, email, phone number, country and state, and your answers to our questions. Technical information collected through cookies and the Meta Pixel when you browse this website: pages viewed, clicks, device and browser type, and IP address.

How we use it

To answer your request and call you back; to send you information about our trainings; with your consent, to send you text messages and WhatsApp messages; to measure and improve our advertising; and to meet our legal obligations.

Text messages and WhatsApp

We only text you or message you on WhatsApp if you agreed to it. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

Who we share it with

Only the service providers that help us run Yoga Dance, acting on our instructions: Meta Platforms (advertising and lead forms), Pipedrive (customer relationship management), ManyChat (messaging), LearnyBox (training platform and payments), Google (website analytics), and our marketing agency Nothin', including its servers hosted in the European Union. We do not sell your personal information.

International transfers

Your information may be processed in the European Union and in the United States, with appropriate safeguards.

How long we keep it

Prospect information: up to 3 years after our last contact with you. Records of your consent: 5 years. Customer information: as long as required by law.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your information, object to its use, or withdraw your consent at any time by writing to administration@yogadanse.eu. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under your state's privacy law or under the EU General Data Protection Regulation, including the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection authority (in France, the CNIL). To stop personalized ads, use your Facebook or Instagram ad settings or your browser's cookie settings.

Children

Our services are intended for adults and are not directed to children under 18.
